• Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. No shows 100%. • Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period, then a $10 late fee will be added to your service total. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled depending on your service. • Fills & Retention Fills must be booked every 2-3 weeks with at least 40-50% of extensions remaining. Anything less will be considered a full set. • Please arrive with clean, makeup free lashes for best results or a new set may be required. • Refunds Due to time and product used, all services are non-refundable. •However, If you experience retention issues, you may request a complimentary touch-up appointment within 48 hours (If approved). •Clients must follow aftercare instructions provided by the artist. The artist is not responsible for poor retention due to improper care. &For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests or children are allowed.
